Keep Healthy with P7 🍎

  • Our SHANARRI focus in P7 this week is Healthy and we started the week off by brainstorming the things that we already do to improve both our mental and physical health 💭
  • Today we were lucky enough to have a rep from Highlife Highland come into our class to discuss each of the SHANARRI indicators. We completed the well-being web below to identify how we felt about each one ☝️

    Well done to Ashton for continually aiming to beat the number of laps he runs during the Daily Mile. Today it was 15! 🏃🏽‍♂️
